Organising a successful business event requires a venue that combines functionality, modern technical facilities, and a distinctive atmosphere. The Barn Hall at Ostoja Chobienice is one of the largest conference and event venues in the Greater Poland region. It has been designed to host conferences, congresses, training sessions, gala dinners, banquets, product launches, and corporate events that require a spacious and highly adaptable setting. Surrounded by a historic manor estate and extensive green grounds, the venue offers the perfect balance between professional business meetings and a relaxing environment for participants.

Stodoła Hall has also been designed to accommodate events that require exceptional flexibility and unconventional solutions. The ability to drive a vehicle directly into the venue makes it an outstanding choice for:

• vehicle launches
• machinery presentations
• technology showcases
• large-scale product displays
• trade exhibitions
• promotional events

This unique feature simplifies event logistics while offering organisers far greater flexibility in designing and customising the event space.

Ostoja Chobienice offers much more than a conference venue alone. Participants can also enjoy:

• 69 comfortable guest rooms
• a restaurant and pub serving signature cuisine
• a SPA & Wellness area
• an extensive park and landscaped grounds
• dedicated spaces for team-building activities and outdoor events
• a fenced and floodlit multi-sports court and tennis court
• a golf driving range and putting green
• bespoke workshop programmes
• complimentary parking

This allows your conference to be seamlessly combined with an evening gala dinner, team-building activities, workshops, or a multi-day corporate retreat.
