Menu Spa

Innovative active ingredients, advanced technologies—including nanodiscs previously used exclusively in medicine and pharmaceuticals—and sophisticated fragrance compositions make every treatment a unique skincare ritual. Our treatments are available to guests aged 16 and over.

Basen i sauny

The Wellness Zone at SPA Pięciu Zbóż features an indoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi, a Finnish sauna, a sanarium, an infrared sauna, and a Turkish steam bath. On weekends, guests can also enjoy an outdoor Finnish sauna with a hot tub, as well as an outdoor relaxation area. From 7:00 PM, the Wellness Zone is available exclusively to guests aged 14 and over

Manual Therapy

On selected dates, we invite you to experience manual therapy—an effective treatment that supports the body’s natural recovery, relieves muscular and joint tension, and helps reduce discomfort. This comprehensive bodywork approach improves mobility, supports lymphatic drainage, and restores comfort and freedom of movement, regardless of age.
