Contemporary Design, Timeless Countryside Charm

A Countryside Retreat

Not every conference has to end with the final presentation. Sometimes, it is a shared barbecue dinner, relaxed conversations, and an evening spent outdoors that build the relationships which later contribute to business success. The Grill Pavilion at Ostoja Chobienice is a modern, year-round event venue designed for corporate events, team-building gatherings, outdoor conferences, networking dinners, and live cooking experiences. Surrounded by lush greenery and far from the distractions of the city, it offers the perfect setting to combine professional event organisation with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Modern Event Pavilion with a Unique Atmosphere

The pavilion’s contemporary glass structure, combining timber, steel, and glass, creates a venue that is equally impressive by day and after dark. Heated and enhanced with atmospheric lighting, it provides a comfortable setting for events throughout most of the year. With capacity for up to 100 guests, the Grill Pavilion is the perfect venue for:

• team-building events
• corporate barbecues
• outdoor conferences
• business meetings
• anniversaries and special occasions
• live cooking dinners

At the heart of the pavilion is an open grill bar, where our chefs prepare dishes live in front of your guests. This interactive experience adds a distinctive touch to every event while creating a relaxed atmosphere that naturally encourages conversation and team integration.

Private Venue Designed for Team Building

The Grill Pavilion is located in a peaceful part of Ostoja Chobienice, close to the resort’s recreational areas and sports facilities. This setting provides organisers with privacy while allowing participants to enjoy the surrounding amenities and unwind away from the pace of everyday work. It is a place where the formal part of an event naturally transitions into informal conversations, networking, and meaningful relationship building.
