Conditions of reservation

Flexible Reservation – Online Payment

The reservation may be cancelled free of charge up to 10 days prior to arrival. In such a case, the prepayment will be refunded within 21 days of the cancellation request. If the reservation is cancelled after this deadline or in the event of a no-show on the scheduled arrival date, the property will charge the guest 30% of the total reservation value. To guarantee the reservation, guests are required to provide credit card details or make a prepayment of 30% of the total reservation value via the online payment system.
