Consent to process data for marketing purposes and sending commercial information may be withdrawn by clicking the relevant link in the received message or by sending such a request to the Administrator's email address,
- realization of the legitimate interest of the personal data Administrator in special cases under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, e.g. debt collection or video monitoring of traffic on the premises.
- Recipients of personal data may be authorities, institutions, and entities authorized under legal provisions, as well as entities providing services to the data Administrator (e.g. legal, IT, marketing, accounting services, and other entities participating in the execution of the ordered service).

Users also have the right to modify this data, request its deletion, and limit or stop processing their personal data at any time. Users may also request the deletion of their personal data from the service at any time. The right to data portability does not apply, as no data exchange standard has been established between hotel facilities.
- Service users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.

- Any Service user may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office.
